If you wish to present, please complete the abstract submission form using the template provided below. Abstracts should be written clearly and concisely, following the format guidelines.

All submissions will be reviewed by the Organising Committee.

Please note that, due to the limited number of time slots for short talks, some abstracts submitted for this format may be offered a flash presentation with poster or a poster presentation instead.

Only one abstract per participant will be accepted.

· Please note that presenting authors of all accepted abstracts must register and pay the conference fee by the June 30. Abstracts whose presenting authors fail to meet this requirement will be removed from the program and will not be included in the final abstract book.

· Deadline Abstract Submission: April 30, 2026
· Notifications about acceptance will be sent on June 15th, 2026.
